Thai Massage is a stretching/bodywork modality that takes place clothed and on a mat on the floor. Nicole follows the traditional Northern Style sequence which is 1.5 hours long.

Thai massage involves stretching, accupressure, fascial release, trigger point massage, and passive yoga poses. It improves flexibility, increases your blood circulation, and improves overall heath.
